☆ All prices stated are Nett (Not inclusive of postage and delivery charge) and in Singapore dollars unless otherwise stated, and may be subjected to periodic review and amendment without prior notice.
☆ Self-Collection / Delivery to customer / Delivery to Recipient --- 50% deposit is required. The remaining 50% is payable upon collection / 3 days before delivery to the customer or recipient.
☆ Orders placed less than 7 days from delivery/collection date --- Full payment is required upfront.
☆ Cancellation is strictly not allowed once deposit has been paid. There will be no refund of deposit upon any cancellation.
☆ An order confirmation email / sms, which indicates the payment details, will be sent to you within 24 hours after receiving of order form. Please wait for this order confirmation email / sms before making any payment.
☆ We reserve the right to cancel order, without prior notice, if payment is not received within 24hrs upon confirmation of your order.
DELIVERY
☆ Delivery service is available on weekdays & weekends (excluding Public Holidays) from 12pm-6pm, subject to our availability. Should delivery request fall on a Public Holiday, there will be an additional delivery charge of $2.00.
☆ Delivery charges (depending on location) varies between $8.00 - $20.00, will be advised upon confirmation.
Delivery to hospital - $8.00.
SELF-COLLECTION
☆ Pioneer Mrt Control Station 10am - 6pm Weekdays, subject to our availability.
10am - 3pm Weekends & PHs, subject to our availability.
QUALITY ASSURANCE
☆ Utmost effort will be made to ensure all items are in correct and good condition before delivery. Any quality discrepancy is unintentional.
☆ Our diaper cakes / Washcloth Cupcakes are made based on the availability of the products. Should any of the products be OOS, we reserves the right to change/substitute the OOS item to another similar item.
☆ MyBabyPals reserves the rights to improvise / change any designs of our cakes to cater to individual preferences.
