☆ Self-Collection / Delivery to customer / Delivery to Recipient --- 50% deposit is required. The remaining 50% is payable upon collection / 3 days before delivery to the customer or recipient.

☆ Orders placed less than 7 days from delivery/collection date --- Full payment is required upfront.

☆ Cancellation is strictly not allowed once deposit has been paid. There will be no refund of deposit upon any cancellation.

DELIVERY

☆ Delivery service is available on weekdays & weekends (excluding Public Holidays) from 12pm-6pm, subject to our availability. Should delivery request fall on a Public Holiday, there will be an additional delivery charge of $2.00.

☆ Delivery charges (depending on location) varies between $8.00 - $20.00, will be advised upon confirmation.

Delivery to hospital - $8.00.

SELF-COLLECTION

☆ Pioneer Mrt Control Station 10am - 6pm Weekdays, subject to our availability.
10am - 3pm Weekends & PHs, subject to our availability.

QUALITY ASSURANCE

☆ Utmost effort will be made to ensure all items are in correct and good condition before delivery. Any quality discrepancy is unintentional.

☆ Our diaper cakes / Washcloth Cupcakes are made based on the availability of the products. Should any of the products be OOS, we reserves the right to change/substitute the OOS item to another similar item.

☆ MyBabyPals reserves the rights to improvise / change any designs of our cakes to cater to individual preferences.

DELIVERY / POSTAGE / MEET-UPS

☆ We charge a nominal fee for postage as below:

3 items & above = Free normal mail via Singapore Post
(We will NOT be responsible for any lost parcel via normal mail)

Registered Mail (Recommended) = Local Normal Mail + $2.50

☆ Please allow 2-3 working days for items to be sent out upon each successful payment received.

☆ If package/parcel is being returned for an invalid address, moved or missing details, any additional charges incurred for re-mailing shall be borne by the customer.

☆ Meet-ups can be arranged because we know Our Dear Customers might love our apparels so much that they wish to receive the items earlier. Therefore, we try to accommodate to urgent orders, but it is subjected to our availability & location is to be arranged by us.

MyBabyPals - founded by Khim, a SAHM to a 20 months old BB girl, who is venturing BIZ for the first time.

It all started when Khim had to buy a present for her niece who was turning 1 year old and she happened to browse through a website selling diaper cakes. However, was disappointed to find out that each set was selling at $100, its way out of her budget. Thus, decided to learn in making one herself (DIY), and that particular one was just too well received that gave birth to MyBabyPals.

And WHY MyBabyPals??? Because we aim to be each babies' best pals.. to help them develop their senses & minds, from the array of baby quintessences chosen for our diaper cakes.

MyBabyPals also aims to build up creativity, skills & experience from each individual order. For that purpose, MyBabyPals is willing to try working from a budget, with a smaller quantity / less expensive items use for a lower-range affordable budget but definitely presentable.

Also being parents ourselves, MyBabyPals fully understands the needs & wants of BBs & their Parents. Therefore, able to work out a Diaper Cake which is not only useful but one made with creativity & love.
